1996年，“慈溪腾利五金汽车配件厂“设立在中国浙江宁波，主要专注于汽车空调阀芯的开发与生产，当时公司最重要的战略就是稳定发展、快速响应客户，力争为他们提供高品质的产品和快捷可靠的服务以占居最大的市场份额。
In 1996, Cixi TengLi Hardware Automobile Parts Company was set up in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. They were devoting to the valve core development and production for automobile air conditioning. The company’s most important strategy was steady development, quick response to customers and to provide customers products with high quality and quick reliable service to achieve the big market share.
2005年8月，慈溪腾利五金汽车配件厂通过北京中经认证ISO 9001：2000 质量体系证书。
In Aug 2005, Cixi TengLi Hardware Automobile Parts Company passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification from Beijing Zhongjing Certification Organization.
2008年，我们引进了国内最先进的生产设备，同时也得到了系统厂的支持，在中国汽车空调阀芯行业确立了自己的行业地位。 In 2008, we introduced first-class advanced production equipments domestically. At the same time we got great support from the air conditioning system venders. With these we have set up our own industry position in the automobile air conditioning industry.
2010年6月，常州市腾利汽车配件有限公司成立，同时我们的扩建厂房也顺利竣工，汽车空调管路的阀芯与阀座在这里正式运营生产。公司选择常州金坛作为主要的生产制造基地，对于常州市腾利汽车配件有限公司今后的市场发展起了至关重要的作用。
Changzhou TengLi was set up in June 2010 and our facility expansion was completed at the same time. After the facility completion we started the production of valve core and valve carrier for air conditioning pipeline. Jintan Changzhou was selected as the main production base. This strategy has significant and important effect for the market development of Changzhou City TengLi Automobile Parts Co., Ltd.
2011年10月常州腾利顺利通过美国Intertek TS16949：2009认证，标志着腾利真正的进入了汽车行业国际化管理模式。
Changzhou TengLi passed TS16949:2009 certification with U.S Intertek, in Oct 2011, which is the milestone for TengLi to develop in the international management style of automobile industry.
